DANCE SCHEDULE (every second Saturday of month, unless otherwise noted).
WHERE: Your local contra dance is at the Reno Parks and Recreation Bldg. , 190 E. Liberty, 2 blocks east of Virgiia St. Park in the lot surrounding the building. Dance is on the second floor. The dance fee is $10.00, but SCDS members get a $3.00 discount.
Contra dances are also held in Carson City, generally once a month at the Children's Museum of Northern Nevada or at the Brewery Arts Center's restored 1864 Grand Ballroom. For information, check the Carson City website, or call Darla Bayer at 775-830-7939 (cell) or 775-883-9351 (home).
